These Pencil Trim Borders can add a pop of colour to any tiled wall space. Whether you want to use them as a border for your feature tiles or use them as the feature among plain tiles, the opportunities are endless.

Our Pencil Trim Borders match our English White base tile, with a glazed gloss finish. We can handpaint them to match our core range of colours here at Decorum.

Please note that Plain English and Cornish White Pencil Trims are only covered on the front. If you require the edges to be covered, please get in touch via email, this will occur a 20% surcharge per tile.
As for painted in colour, as standard the borders come with paint on the front and one edge.

Product Details:
The colour and finish on screen may differ slightly to the actual product. We always recommend ordering a sample from our range of 13x13 tiles for a true likeness, especially if colour/style matching is important to your project. Variations in each tile, the painting by individual artists and the effect of firing will result in slight differences. This uniqueness adds to their charm!

Please note the top and one edge of these trims will be painted. Please specify if you require more sides covered in the notes at checkout.

Our selection of base tiles are made in the EU to our special recipe and then decorated and fired here in Cornwall, UK.

All orders are typically taking 3 weeks to complete. Sample orders are shipped within 7 - 14 working days. All orders are hand produced to order. Please enquire for orders needing a specific turnaround time so we can work with you to meet your delivery times.

As a rough guide, a box of 30 tiles (13cm x 13cm x 0.9am) weighs approximately 10kg.

In some cases, larger orders (over 55kg) may need to be palletised and are kerbside delivery only. You must ensure someone is available to take delivery, unload and transfer into your property. If we are unable to deliver there may be a redelivery charge. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Deliveries are made within business hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times once orders are passed to couriers.

Orders can also be collected from our warehouse in Cornwall by prior agreement. Please ensure you collect goods in a suitable vehicle and note loading and transportation is at your own risk.

INTERNATIONAL AND OFF MAINLAND UK DELIVERY

We are happy to fulfill orders from outside the UK mainland, however, please contact us for a quotation first. Deliveries to remote areas of the UK including, but not limited to, the Channel Islands, the Isle of White, the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Highlands, Grampian, Scotland Offshore and Northern Ireland may take longer and incur extra fees.

International deliveries will be subject to border and customs checks and will incur import duties and taxes to be paid by the customer. Please contact us prior to ordering.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

On receipt of your order, please inspect for damage or discrepancies and notify us of any problems within 72 hours. No claims will be accepted against deliveries signed for but not examined. We cannot be held responsible for damages sustained once handed to outside delivery companies.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Please contact us if there is a discrepancy with your order within 72 hours of receipt, quoting your order number. Although every effort is made to inspect the goods, defects can occasionally occur. We will replace faulty goods, but will not be liable for any other charges. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the tiles on receipt of delivery and before fixing. No claims will be considered after the tiles have been fixed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that all tiles are hand-painted to order. This includes pencil trim and torello border tiles.

We always recommend retaining a few spare tiles in case you need to make alterations or repairs in the future, as we cannot guarantee that tiles from different batches will match exactly.

You may return full boxes of unused plain tiles, provided they are in a resale-able condition. Returns are at your own expense. Please ensure that items are securely packaged, as we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damage sustained in transit or reject returns deemed unsaleable. Please email us for details about your return before sending anything back.

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Please note:

Hand-decorated tiles (all except plain tiles) are made to order and are non-returnable.
Samples are non-returnable.
Tiles that have been installed are non-returnable.
