You may return full boxes of unused tiles to us providing they are returned in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days of receipt and with proof of purchase.
Goods are returned at your own expense. Care should be taken to adequately package items to ensure they arrive to us in good condition.
We reserve the right to charge for any damages sustained by failure to do so or if tiles are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment originally used for purchase, minus a 25% restocking charge.
Hand decorated tiles are made to order and are therefore non-returnable. Samples are non-returnable. Installed tiles are non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
