Ordering & Customisation
Bespoke work sits at the heart of what we do. Share your ideas, reference images, or colour swatches, and we’ll guide you through what’s possible.
There is no strict minimum order. Individual tiles can be purchased as samples.
Simply email or call us with your chosen design, dimensions, and quantity. For bespoke projects, include any sketches, references, or imagery of the space.
Yes, we always recommend this. A sample allows you to experience the colour, glaze, and hand-painted detail in your own setting.
Lead times vary depending on the design and scale of the project. As a guide, standard designs typically take 14–21 working days from purchase. Bespoke commissions may require longer. Timelines will be confirmed upon order.
As a guide:
- 13 × 13 cm: 59 tiles per m²
- 15 × 15 cm: 44 tiles per m²
- 20 × 10 cm: 50 tiles per m²
- 20 × 1.5 cm border: 5 tiles per linear metre
- 20 × 2.5 cm border: 5 tiles per linear metre
You’re welcome to send us a simple sketch with approximate dimensions—we’ll take care of the rest.
We recommend allowing an additional 5–10% to account for cuts and wastage.

- 20 x 20 cm
Yes, our glazed tiles are waterproof and well suited to bathrooms, showers, and splash-backs. For floors or areas with frequent standing water, we recommend our porcelain range.
Our ceramic tiles are primarily intended for wall applications. For flooring, we recommend our porcelain range for enhanced durability.
Yes, our tiles are compatible with underfloor heating systems when installed correctly.
The glaze is fired into the surface of the tile, creating a finish that will not fade or wear under normal use. Each piece retains both its integrity and its character over time.
Our standard tiles are not frost-proof. For outdoor projects, please contact us to discuss suitable alternatives.
No, our tiles are fully fired and sealed, requiring no additional treatment.
Yes, our Chalk White tiles are fully glazed and offer the same durability as our gloss finishes. They may occasionally require slightly more attention when cleaning.
Design & Aesthetics
Yes, our collections can be explored on the website. We are also happy to send physical samples on request.
We can work towards a close match, though glazes behave differently from paint and exact replication is not always possible. For more involved colour matching or bespoke development, a design fee may apply. This will always be confirmed in advance.
No, and this is part of their appeal. Each tile is painted by hand, resulting in subtle variations in tone, brushwork, and glaze movement.
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and the nature of glaze firing. We recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship throughout the UK and internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order size and will be confirmed with your quote.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tiles are carefully packed using protective materials and reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive safely.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. In the unlikely event of damage, photograph the issue and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange replacements.
Installation & Care
Any experienced tiler can install our tiles using standard methods. We recommend using a white or colour-matched adhesive and grout to complement the design.
We’re happy to offer general advice, though installation should be carried out by a qualified professional. Responsibility for installation rests with the installer.
This depends on the desired finish. Neutral tones create a more seamless look, while contrasting grout will emphasise the geometry of the layout.
Clean with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may dull the surface over time.
Returns & Policies
Plain tiles in unused condition may be returned within 14 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All decorated, custom, and bespoke tiles are made to order and are non-refundable.
Changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after placing your order. Once production has begun, amendments may not be possible.
Yes, we offer a Trade Partner Programme for designers and industry professionals. Please apply here.
