As a rough guide, a box of 30 tiles (13cm x 13cm x 0.9am) weighs approximately 10kg.

In some cases, larger orders (over 55kg) may need to be palletised and are kerbside delivery only. You must ensure someone is available to take delivery, unload and transfer into your property. If we are unable to deliver there may be a redelivery charge. Please contact us prior to ordering.
Deliveries are made within business hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times once orders are passed to couriers.
Orders can also be collected from our warehouse in Cornwall by prior agreement. Please ensure you collect goods in a suitable vehicle and note loading and transportation is at your own risk.
INTERNATIONAL AND OFF MAINLAND UK DELIVERY
We are happy to fulfill orders from outside the UK mainland, however, please contact us for a quotation first. Deliveries to remote areas of the UK including, but not limited to, the Channel Islands, the Isle of White, the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Highlands, Grampian, Scotland Offshore and Northern Ireland may take longer and incur extra fees.
International deliveries will be subject to border and customs checks and will incur import duties and taxes to be paid by the customer. Please contact us prior to ordering.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
On receipt of your order, please inspect for damage or discrepancies and notify us of any problems within 72 hours. No claims will be accepted against deliveries signed for but not examined. We cannot be held responsible for damages sustained once handed to outside delivery companies.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Please contact us if there is a discrepancy with your order within 72 hours of receipt, quoting your order number. Although every effort is made to inspect the goods, defects can occasionally occur. We will replace faulty goods, but will not be liable for any other charges. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the tiles on receipt of delivery and before fixing. No claims will be considered after the tiles have been fixed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We always recommend retaining some spare tiles for future use, in case of damage or altering your project, as we cannot guarantee tiles from different batches will match.
You may return full boxes of unused tiles to us providing they are returned in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days of receipt and with proof of purchase. Goods are returned at your own expense. Care should be taken to adequately package items to ensure they arrive to us in good condition. We reserve the right to charge for any damages sustained by failure to do so or if tiles are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment originally used for purchase, minus a 25% restocking charge.
Hand decorated tiles are made to order and are therefore non-returnable. Samples are non-returnable. Installed tiles are non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
